BRIDIE
She's a finance professional and entrepreneur
Earlier on in her career, she set records by being the youngest and only female concrete plant manager in New Zealand. With relentless drive, Bridie also worked across construction, manufacturing, point of sale, and hospitality industries before moving to Australia.
From communities in the Kimberley to suburbs of Perth and out to rural WA, Bridie has helped SME’s grow by offering practical business support and efficiently running their finances and payroll. Over the years she has held multiple certifications and registrations to keep up with the latest requirements and best support her clients. She is passionate about sharing her knowledge and has always been active in creating support tools, training manuals, calculators, customised reports, and knowledge-base materials to share.
Tradeskola was launched to provide professional, personalised support to savvy business owners at a fixed fee. Tradeskola successfully serves clients across numerous industries with high regard.
RYAN
He's a designer, tradesman, businessman
Ryan is a designer, tradesman and businessman with decades of professional industry experience. A former art and design student at the Kalgoorlie Regional Tafe, Ryan started his vibrant career with brickwork, tiling, plumbing, carpentry, and concreting before transitioning into the composite industry and playing a pivotal role in the production of the Eagle 150B with ‘Eagle Aircraft’ in Henderson WA.
With a successful career and a loving family providing a solid foundation, Ryan embarked on his entrepreneurial journey in 2010 with ‘Integrity Fibreglass’. This leap of faith was both challenging and rewarding as Ryan continued to push himself and developed expertise in the areas of business and people management, bookkeeping, HR and payroll. Not one to stagnate, he undertook formal qualifications in Computer Aided Design (CAD) to upgrade his processes to computerized plans.
Ryan loves the best of both worlds so in 2019 he joined forces with his amazing life partner Bridie as a Director at Tradeskola and is hands on in the end to end processing of client work. At the same time, he launched ‘Perth Fibreglass Repairs’ allowing him to escape from the office to the yard, keep up his industry skills and build his client base.
